One campus platform, one Complete subscription

Veramast is bought per campus. Complete covers the platform’s modules, including Vio’s cases, registration, permits, presence, alerts, investigations, and enforcement. The subscription records the campuses covered and the dates of that agreement.

Complete is $15,000 per campus per year, or $19,000 for a campus of 1,500 or more students. Veramast Watchposts are a separate line at $3,000 each per year, installed and serviced by Veramast’s team. The agreement records the campus and camera service being purchased.

A vehicle’s registration, arrival, permit, and case are available through the same platform. Each member’s role still determines what they may open or change. Vio acts within the school’s approved rules and automation level; buying the plan does not grant it unrestricted authority.

Settings shows the subscription, its campuses, and the modules it holds. Onboarding establishes the school’s policies and permissions. Provider connections and camera integrations depend on the supported connection and its configuration; a plan does not make an unfinished integration available.

The subscription is billed annually on a purchase order or card. Permit fees collected offline are recorded when staff approve the registration. Online card collection for families is planned, with payments designed to settle to the school’s own account rather than Veramast. Order forms and agreements are signed online, with a completed copy for the school.
