VeraPolicy
Write the rule once, in a sentence a parent can read: 8 or more unexcused tardies in a term places parking at risk. Veramast checks it after each attendance sync, and the student is told before a revocation takes effect. A person can override any result, with a reason.

Families register from a phone on your school’s own page, and approving the request issues the permit. At the gate, a vehicle with a valid permit and no hotlist match raises nothing, and an expired permit reads Permit expired. A plate that cannot be made out is marked unreadable and draws no consequence.

Register a visitor in 6 fields, or a contractor the day before. The pass reads Expected, then On site when the vehicle arrives, then Left, and the gate records each change rather than a person clicking. Visitors today lists every pass with its arrival time.

Your hotlist holds the plates your school has asked to be told about, each with instructions for staff and an end date. When a read matches, the alert names the entry and shows those instructions, and it moves up to administrators if nobody acknowledges it. Only a named person at your school can add an entry: Veramast cannot, and no outside agency can.

VeraFine is coming, and it is designed so an appeal pauses escalation the moment it is filed and the decision reaches the family word for word. The payment page shows a citation only to the holder of its link, and never a person’s name. A tow will always need a person to authorize it, with the citations attached.

Staff sign in with your own single sign-on, and accounts can be created and closed from your directory, with every group’s role reviewed by an owner. Veramast staff never sign in to your account: a support session states its reason, is read-only by default, emails your owners, and writes every page it opens to your audit log.

Overview opens on what needs a person: an alert nobody has acknowledged, registrations waiting, a camera due for service. Serious alerts reach your phone by text and push, and one that nobody acknowledges moves up to the owners.

Every alert screen is laid out for a phone held in one hand, because officers open alerts while walking. You register visitors and can ask for a live view of a gate, which needs a stated reason and a second factor, is logged, and appears in the owners’ weekly digest.

Families’ requests arrive in one registration queue, where you approve, ask for more, or reject, and the family reads your note in the same words. Rosters and attendance come from your student information system on a schedule and are never written back.

Complete is $15,000 per campus per year and each Veramast Watchpost is $3,000 a year, billed annually. Permit fees are recorded with their method and a receipt number when a request is approved. When VeraFine arrives, card payments are designed to settle to your school’s own bank account, never to Veramast.

Anyone whose access covers more than 1 campus gets a switcher, and a role can hold for the whole district or for named schools only. A district can share one hotlist with its campuses, and takes 15 percent off Complete at 10 or more campuses and 25 percent at 25 or more.

A pilot is $2,500 for 1 campus for 1 semester, credited in full to the first year if you sign before it ends. Your school is its own organization on its own address, and private and public schools pay the same list price.
