From the gate to the Gate log

Five vehicles arrive at drop-off. Follow each one from the gate to its answer in Test School's Gate log.

A gray 2022 Ford Bronco pulling up to the gate. Its plate, KTW2081, is invented.

  1. Read at the gateThe plate is read as the vehicle pulls in.
  2. Protected at onceFrom that moment, no other school can see it.
  3. Checked against your registryMatched to the permits and passes your school has on file.
  4. Answered in the Gate logIn plain words, at the desk and on a phone.

A simulation, sped up, with invented plates, people, and data. Four photographs are stock and one is our own, each with its plate replaced. The product itself keeps only the black and white crop of the plate.

Protected where it is read

Every read is protected from the moment it is taken, and nothing disappears quietly.

How a read is protected

One school, one address

Test School signs in at its own address, and nothing it holds is visible from another.

Why one school cannot see another

One record for everything

Plate reads, registration, visitors, and presence share one record, so a read at the gate already knows the permit.

In the browser

Staff sign in at their school's or district's own Veramast address, and everything they open runs with their own permissions, so one school never sees another's records.

An update to the app can never lose a record from the gate.

At the gate

A Veramast Watchpost reads each plate at the gate and protects the read the moment it is made, so nothing readable is left on the camera.

Veramast's own team installs every Watchpost, and monitors, repairs, and replaces it.
